Return Policy
Our product sold online can be exchanged ONLY (We do not refund or waive shipping charges on exchanges) We only accept exchanges for unworn or defective bra’s & sleepwear, no underwear. Items must be received within 10 days of purchase, unworn and accompanied by the original sales receipt. In order to protect our customers' personal hygiene, we simply cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
NO DAMAGE of any kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. all original tags, bags, etc. must be returned as new. For the health and safety of our employees, no returns/exchanges of worn items will be accepted.
